This is a highly unlikely situation, involving Rakdos Charm and first strike creatures...

Situation: My opponent and I each have equal health, we'll say 1 for this pointless question. Now he has a creature with first strike out, we'll say Razorfoot Griffin , and I have a random no ability creature out. I cast a Rakdos Charm and choose the 3rd ability. Would his griffin deal damage to him first bc of first strike causing me to win...or no??

It should be noted that creatures are only destroyed for having lethal damage as a state-based action. SBAs don't check in the middle of a resolution, so it wouldn't even matter if one creature dealt damage first.

No, first strike and double strike only creates an additional combat step during combat, it doesn't have an affect on damage being dealt this way or "fight". There are some abilities that do matter though. Lifelink will still happen in this case, as would deathtouch - not that it makes a difference here.
