The Brothers' War and Pentagram gamemode

We play pentagram (5 players) EDH mode, when you can only attack 2nd and 3rd player from the left to right from your point of view.

When the second chapter of the The Brothers' War saga triggers i chose both of my opponents.

Will their creatures be "able to" attack the other player if they are not opponents to each other?

Pentagram is a descriptor used for a few different casual variants. If you are playing a variant where the rules of the game say that you can only attack the players 2 away from you in each direction (which it sounds like you are) then the creatures of your two opponents cannot attack each other. If you are playing a variant where you win by eliminating your two opponents but otherwise game play is treated as FFA then they would be able to attack each other despite it not furthering their goals.
