They will not. Indestructibility prevents creatures from being destroyed by effects that directly say "destroy" and by lethal damage. If Teysa was worded differently, for example "...that creature's controller sacrifices it", indestructibility wouldn't have mattered, because it doesn't protect against sacrificing. With current wording though, indestructible creatures are safe. The player who controls Teysa will however still put a 1/1 flying spirit token onto the battlefield, because that part of the ability is in no way dependant on the creature being actually destroyed.
