Telepathy in multiplayer

Telepathy says my opponents play with their hands revealed. Do they only reveal their hands to me, or can everyone see everyone's hands but mine?

The keyword "reveal" means that every player is able to see the card or cards affected by it. If Telepathy was supposed to allow only you to see the cards, it would say something like "You may look at your opponents hands at any time."
