Teferi's Ageless Insight and Draw Step Meaning

I'm confused about how Teferi's Ageless Insight works after finding it in a preconstructed deck for mtg2021 and looking at the Wizard's rulings. In regards to this card, what is a draw step?

I know about the steps of a turn hense be my confusion in finding this in a precon deck that (if it is true about it meaning the draw step at the beginning of turn) then this card doesn't work with the deck it came in. Also, looking at combos people list for the card, and other forum posts, Kinda curious if there is some errata and "draw step" really means something else for Teferi's Ageless Insight specifically?

During a turn, there are multiple "steps" you go through, without even realizing it perhaps. At the beginning of your turn, you draw a card. This is in what is called your draw step. After which you move to your main phase, etc. Irrelevant at the moment, but I suggest you look into it. Cool stuff.
