With Staff of the Death Magus, do you get +1 life for all black spells including creatures or just for sorcery, enchantments and instants?

A spell is any card or copy of a card that exists on the stack. All cards except for lands can become spells.
Staff of the Death Magus just says "black spell." It doesn't specify a type, so it doesn't care about types. The ability will trigger once for each black spell you cast and once for each Swamp that enters the battlefield under your control.
