soulbond versus blinking

Deadeye Navigator his paired ability can both creatures blink. Is a blinked creatures still soulbounded when it returns to the battlefield?

As soon as the creature leaves the battlefield the soulbond is broken, however you may wish to repair the bond on entry.

If you blink Deadeye's friend, you may choose to bond it with Deadeye or any other open soulbond creature.

If you blink Deadeye himself, you may then bond Deadeye to any non-soulbonded creature

No, it is not still soulbonded when it returns,

702.92c When the soulbond ability resolves, if either object that would be paired is no longer a creature, no longer on the battlefield, or no longer under the control of the player who controls the soulbond ability, neither object becomes paired.

however you do have the chance to trigger soulbond again when the creature comes back into play.

702.92c refers to what happens when the soulbond ability resolves but there is a complication regarding the creatures. It does not deal with a resolved bond changing.

Soulbond is written:

You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them.
Since you no longer control both creatures when one of them leaves the battlefield, the bond is broken. Note that this is not a state-based action, it just becomes true at the given time. Blinking a soulbonded creature will break the bond and reset it to its default unpaired state.
