If you soulbond with Mentor of the Meek the card you soulbonded the mentor with gains the mentor's ability and can execute it right?

This is not how soulbond works. When soulbond creature is paired with another creature, both creatures only gain what is listed in the "As long as CARDNAME is paired with another creature, each of those creatures..." ability. Soulbond doesn't mean that the paired creatures will share all of their abilities.
