If you play Skyship WeatherlightMTG Card: Skyship Weatherlight and remove any number of cards. Then something destroys or removes Skyship Weatherlight from play (exile, hand or deck). If you replay it or play another one, can you still select the cards removed from play from with frist card.or would each Skyship Weatherlight have to create a new pile that only it can access?

No you may not. Whenever a card uses it's own name in its text, it actually means "this card" or "this permanent". So you may only grab cards exiled by that specific Skyship WeatherlightMTG Card: Skyship Weatherlight. If it is removed, the cards it exiled will remain exiled but not be 'connected' to any card or permanent.

No, the exiled cards from the original one will remained exiled. The new Skyship WeatherlightMTG Card: Skyship Weatherlight will not recognize them as possible choices since it was not the specific card that exiled them.

If the same Skyship is bounced somehow, with say a Venser, the SojournerMTG Card: Venser, the Sojourner, it will not recognize the old exiled cards either and would have to select new cards since it is considered a new permanent.

Here is a helpful ruling from the Gatherer on Skyship WeatherlightMTG Card: Skyship Weatherlight:

10/4/2004 - If this card leaves the battlefield, the remaining cards that were exiled don't come back.

And here is the ruling from the MTG Comprehensive Rulebook that deals with card names in rules text:

201.4. Text that refers to the object its on by name means just that particular object and not any other objects with that name, regardless of any name changes caused by game effects.
