In what way?
Shroud prevents you from targeting the shrouded permanent with a spell or ability. You can't cast an Aura targeting a shrouded permanent, and you can't target a shrouded permanent with an ability.
Note that an Aura put onto the battlefield through a non-cast process (e.g. returned to the battlefield from a graveyard) doesn't target the object it enchants, so you can enchant a shrouded object in this instance.

Shroud prevents targeting so it prevents an aura being cast on the shrouded object. it doesn't cause any current auras to fall off nor does it prevent an aura from being attached to the object without targeting.
