Shadowborn Apostle and EDH ruling

can I use more than 1x Shadowborn Apostle in an EDH? I know it breaks the 4x rule in normal but I have no idea for EDH / Commander

The card's own ability still applies. You may have any number of Shadowborn Apostle in your deck, just like you may have any number of Relentless Rats in your deck.
