Can Sevinne, the Chronoclasm be triggered by a flashback spell cast from another player's graveyard using Shaman's Trance ?

Sevinne, the Chronoclasm specifically triggers off of you casting your first instant or sorcery spell from your own graveyard. While Shaman's Trance lets you cast spells from other players' graveyards as though they were in yours, that doesn't actually put them in your graveyard, or make that player's graveyard yours.

So no, spells cast from another player's graveyard using Shaman's Trance will not trigger Sevinne.
