Sen Triplets: What colored mana will lands produce?

If I play lands from another players hand using the ability of Sen Triplets that are not producing esper colored mana, e.g. red mana, will those lands produce colorless mana or the intended mana?

Normal commander rules state that a land can only produce mana in your commander's colors, but this land is not orignated from your commander. So what will happen?

The rules still apply. They don't care who owns the land you now control. If any effect would attempt to add to your mana pool any amount of mana of a color outside of your commander's color identity, it adds that much colorless mana to your mana pool instead.
