Can you pump Scavenging Ooze 's ability multiple times at once, provided you have enough cards in your graveyard.

You can activate an ability any time you're able to pay the cost and choose legal targets for it (if it has targets). This means you can activate Scavenging Ooze multiple times if you have enough Green mana and enough cards in graveyards to target.

Wow, I thought that is how it worked but I didn't believe it to be true, that makes this card really op then with mana ramp and self mill. No wonder its so expensive.

Oh, and one more thing. Can you target opponents graveyard to exile from?

Yes, because it says "a graveyard" instead of "your graveyard". That's the real reason why it's considered a good card.

Yes, there's no limit to the number of times you activate Scavenging Ooze in a single turn.
