Ruling- Minn, Wily Illusionist's ability trigger when "destroy all creatures" happens?

Hello guys,

Trying to figure out a scenario. Let's say I have Minn, Wily Illusionist in play with it's illusion tokens as well.

Someone cast a spell that says "destroy all creatures", will Minn's ability get to trigger when these illusion tokens dies or nothing happens because Minn died?

If they get destroyed at the same time, they all see eachother die, and Minn will trigger for each illusion it saw being destroyed.
