Can I copy planeswalker abilities with Rings of Brighthearth?

Yes. Loyalty abilities of planeswalkers are activated abilities. Whenever you activate a loyalty ability of a planeswalker, Rings of Brighthearth will trigger and allow you to copy it if you choose.

Note that only the effect of the ability will be copied. Since adding or removing loyalty counters from a planeswalker is part of the activation cost for that ability, copying the ability will not add or remove more counters.
