Rhox Faithmender with Fumigate

So if you have a Rhox Faithmender out on the battlefield and there are 20 creatures in play when you play Fumigate would you gain 20 life of 40 life? (Since one of those creatures that died was Rhox Faithmender )

No, as when you gain the life, Rhox has already left play.

A more detailed way to reiterate what pskinn01 said is that Fumigate first states to destroy all creatures, followed by then gaining the life, which can only happen after all destroyed creatures have left the battlefield.
