Reverberate + Arc Blade = ???

When I copy the Arc Blade , does the copy return every three turns as well?

Nope. Think of a copied spell like a "spell token". Once it leaves the stack for any reason, it ceases to exist period.

706.10a If a copy of a spell is in a zone other than the stack, it ceases to exist. If a copy of a card is in any zone other than the stack or the battlefield, it ceases to exist. These are state-based actions. See rule 704.

Any time a token or copy of an object is in a zone other than the one it is meant to be (for tokens, this means the battlefield and for spell/ability copies, this means the stack), it ceases to exist. Your copy of Arc Blade will deal 2 damage to target creature or player and then cease to exist after resolution. It will not be suspended.
