Removing Counters from Sagas

I have Tom Bombadil Tom Bombadil as my Commander, so some number of sagas are in play with different numbers of counters on them. I put Sin, Unending Cataclysm Sin, Unending Cataclysm into play. I remove all counters from my sagas and put +/+1 counters on Sin. How and when are the sagas reactivated? Do i need to wait for my draw phase and then add the first counter to all my sagas? Does something else happen to the sagas? Thanks.

Thanks. I thought that was the case, but it seemed to simple.

The Sagas sit there empty until your next draw step. After your draw step, at the start of your first main phase, you put a lore counter on each of them normally, and they start at chapter I.
