Question about Mass Reanimation Abilities

- If I have an card:Angel of Glory's Rise, a Boros Elite and a Precinct Captain in my graveyard, and use an Unburial rights on the Angel, which Human enters the battlefield first? Do I get to choose or is based upon their order in my graveyard?
- If I play a card:Faith's Reward on a turn where I have had a Champion of the Parish , and a Boros Elite sent to my graveyard, can I get a +1/+1 counter onto my champion? Can I choose to have the Elite re-enter after the Champion?
Epochalyptik is correct, the creatures returning to the battlefield will enter simultaneously.
Here's a little ruling background for your second question...
603.6a. Enters-the-battlefield abilities trigger when a permanent enters the battlefield. These are written, "When [this object] enters the battlefield, . . . " or "Whenever a [type] enters the battlefield, . . ." Each time an event puts one or more permanents onto the battlefield, all permanents on the battlefield (including the newcomers) are checked for any enters-the-battlefield triggers that match the event.
Epochalyptik says... Accepted answer #1
1) The creatures enter the battlefield simultaneously.
2) Again, all permanent cards enter the battlefield simultaneously. They see each other entering, and Champion of the Parish 's ability will trigger.
