Question about manifest

If I manifest a card that has a casting cost of X, Endless One, can I turn it face up and not have it be a 0/0? I have a feeling the answer is going to be NO because it's cmc will be seen as zero or because it's already on the field I won't get counters or something like that, I just want to make sure.

You can only choose a value for X and pay for it if you're casting Endless One. If you're looking for its CMC while it's in any zone other than the stack, it's 0. X is always 0 in every zone except the stack.

Your manifested Endless One will be very sad if you turn it face up.

The Manifest cost will be , but no matter what value you choose it won't get any counters as it's turned face up.
