Question about Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit

What if my creatures all have the same toughness? Do I simply just choose one among them? And can this also include Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit itself, in the case that it has the lowest toughness? Thanks!

Yes. From the Gatherer rulings:

2/25/2015: You determine which creature to put counters on as the spell or ability that instructs you to bolster resolves. That could be the creature with the bolster ability, if its still under your control and has the least toughness.
