Okay, so let's say I have 6 1/1 tokens out and a Crusader. My opponent uses a Pyroclasm does this kill my Crusader as well??

Yes. Your 1/1s will be destroyed for having lethal damage marked on them. Crusader of Odric 's P/T will update immediately, then Crusader of Odric will be destroyed in the same fashion. Remember that damage remains marked on permanents until the end of the turn.
