I have Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion and Resourceful Defense in play. if I have a permanent with counters leave the battlefield I could put them somewhere else and laezel triggers?

Also. If I use resourceful defense’s second ability does laezel trigger? ‘Move’ and ‘put’ are not the same, but does that matter for laezel?

To answer your first and second questions, yes those two cards would synergize.

I think it's important to recognize though that Lae'zel's ability is not a triggered ability, as it doesn't start with "when", "whenever", or "at". Lae'zel's ability is a replacement effect, which changes the outcome of certain game actions. In this case, the replacement would be to change the number of counters that are placed.

And for your last question, "move" is the same as "put", but with an extra step in front. So anything that moves counters would also interact with Lae'zel or Hardened Scales or anything similar.

122.5. If an effect says to “move” a counter, it means to remove that counter from the object it’s currently on and put it onto a second object. ...
