Okay. Two ways to do this:

  1. Everyone has a Planeschase deck. Everyone gets 10 Planeschase cards. No more than one with the same name, and no more than two (I think) Phenomena.
  2. Everyone shares a single Planeschase deck. Big ol' pile o' planes in the center, and everyone goes to the same plane.

In either case, each of your turns, any time you could cast a sorcery, you can roll the planar die. The cost scales: first roll each turn is free, second roll costs 1, third costs 2, and so on. If you roll the strange circle symbol thing, the effect on the plane next to that symbol occurs. If you roll a blank, nothing happens.

If you roll the Planeswalker symbol, you planeswalk. Flip the next card of the planar deck over. If it's a phenomenon, its effect happens, and then keep flipping. If it's a plane, you're on a new plane with new effects.
