Phyrexian Ingester

if i cast a Phyrexian Ingester , i am able to exile a creature my oponents control, or?so i can use it as a way of removal...?!

"Target nontoken creature."

That's what it says, yes. Why wouldn't you be able to exile one of your opponents' creatures? It doesn't specify you can only exile creatures you control.
