Panoptic Mirror

Is there a way to use Twincast if its imprinted on Panoptic Mirror? I've been trying to think of a way but there doesnt seem to be a way to make it useful... But I don't know everything about this game or how the stack works. So i guess is it possible to copy a spell in some way if Twincast is the spell being played from Panoptic Mirror ability?

Simply put, no. There would be no target for Twincast, and even if you played a spell it would resolve before Twincast, giving Twincast no legal targets.
