Pack Rat Tokens Counting as Permanents?

So I was messing around with Mono Black Devo and I was just wondering if when I create tokens off Pack Rat , do the copied tokens count towards your permanents in devotion for say, I dunno Gray Merchant of Asphodel ,

Yes, because the mana cost is a copyable trait of the card, so they add 1 devotion (1B cc) for each token.

Note that devotion counts mana symbols in the mana costs of permanents you control. It does NOT count permanents of a color. The only reason Pack Rat tokens count is that they're token copies of something.
