Oath of Nissa delirium interaction

Or rather legendary type in general. Does the Legendary status of Oath of Nissa count towards delirium?

No.

It counts only types, eg. enchantment, but 'legendary' is a supertype.

To be more precise:

• Legendary, Snow, World and Basic are supertypes. These don't count towards delirium.
• Creature, Enchantment, Artifact, Planeswalker, Instant, Sorcery, Land and Tribal are types. These count towards delirium.
• Anything that comes after a dash on the type line (Vampire, Goblin, Equipment, Aura, Curse...) is a subtype. These also don't count towards delirium.
