Nettlevine Blight

Can someone please explain Nettlevine Blight to me in a typical scenario? I'm just having trouble understanding at the end of which player's turn and who gets to move the card around... thanks

Nettlevine Blight grants the triggered ability to the enchanted permanent, so "you" refers to that permanent's controller. The ability will trigger at the end of that player's turn, and that player chooses the new creature or land to attach Nettlevine Blight to. The player must choose a creature or land he or she controls.

also to be noted is that they keep enchanting their stuff so you aren't in danger.

You enchant it to an opponents land or creature. then at the end of their turn they sacrifice the permanent, and reattach it to something else.
its a great card to put pressure on making sure they keep up with playing against it. sure u get to choose the first target, and it pushes every turn, but if they play a token deck it might not be worth it.
