My Forest Plains is an island, what mana do I get

Convincing Mirrage if its enchanting a mountain, it becomes a island, but does that mean it tapps for blue mana?
I was thinking that this was used for islandwalk and the land type changed, but the lands abilities were not affected.

The rule is that if an effect changes a land's type to a basic type and doesn't use the words "in addition to its other types" (like Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth , etc.), then it loses all its normal abilities and only has the mana ability of whatever basic land type it was turned into.

ok, i was thinking because if you change a creature's type it does not change its abilities it would be the same with land.

That's true for creatures, there just happens to be a special rule about this for lands. I should have posted it in my earlier response:
305.7. If an effect sets a land's subtype to one or more of the basic land types, the land no longer has its old land type. It loses all abilities generated from its rules text and its old land types, and it gains the appropriate mana ability for each new basic land type. Note that this doesn't remove any abilities that were granted to the land by other effects. Setting a land's subtype doesnt add or remove any card types (such as creature) or supertypes (such as basic, legendary, and snow) the land may have. If a land gains one or more land types in addition to its own, it keeps its land types and rules text, and it gains the new land types and mana abilities.

Either an effect will say "~ is the chosen type" with nothing else (meaning it's only that type now), or will say "~ is the chosen type in addition to its other types," which obviously means you can tap it for whatever according to its types.

Your "Mountain" card will lose its Mountain basic type, and gain the basic land type Island. It will lose the ability to tap for red, and only tap for blue. Assuming this is the only land you control, your opponent's Islandwalkers will be unblockable, but his Mountainwalkers won't be.
Convincing Mirage 's Gatherer:"The affected land loses its existing land types and any abilities printed on it. It becomes the chosen basic land type and now has the ability to tap to add one mana of the appropriate color to your mana pool. Convincing Mirage's ability doesn't change the affected land's name or whether it's legendary or basic."
