Multiple Angelic Skirmisher

Asked by runelord 12 years ago

If you have several on the field do you get to pick an ability for each skirmisher

Yes. Each Angelic Skirmisher has its own triggered ability, and each such triggered ability will trigger at the beginning of each combat. You resolve all abilities separately, so you make choices for each of those abilities.

Yes, just as you think. If you have two Angelic Skirmisher , you can use the ability of one to give all your creatures First Strike, and the other one can give all your creatures Vigilance.

Obviously, having four Angelic Skirmisher on the battlefield at once is pointless, as multiple instances of those three abilities are reduntant.

Yes.

If you want to get technical, each skirmisher's trigger is put on the stack individuality. As you're doing so, you choose which ability you want from each effect.

Would lifelink trigger separately causing double the affect?

@cam4mac: This question was answered almost a year ago. Please just ask a separate question next time.

Lifelink is not a triggered ability. It is a static ability. Multiple instances of lifelink are redundant; they do not stack.
