Mother Of Runes legal in modern?

Well is it? I heard it was banned but when I check the site is not there.

To expand a bit: Mother of Runes was printed three different times:
- Urza's Legacy
- FNM Promo
- Commander
Neither promos nor secondary printings affect card legalities in Modern because Modern is not an eternal format. It is a non-rotating format. Therefore, cards are only legal in Modern so long as they have been printed in a regular set since 8th Edition.
