Mogg Infestation + Soul Warden

If I use Mogg Infestation when I have Soul Warden on my field, do I gain 1 life for each individual "goblin token" summoned on my opponent's field? Or are all the tokens summoned at the same time in a single instance and I only gain 1 life total?

You will gain 1 life for each token that enters the battlefield.

When an effect references "whenever a/another creature [does something]", there is a trigger for each individual creature that did that something. Soul Warden is a prime example of this kind of trigger. Other triggers reference "whenever one or more creatures [do something]". A trigger like this would only trigger once from Mogg Infestation.
