If I were to draw all the cards in my deck in one turn (it is possible), and then someone made it so I had to draw a card would I lose? I'm pretty sure you can only lose while drawing if it's the beginning of your upkeep.

You lose by decking out anytime you can no longer draw a card. It's not just limited to your draw step. If your opponent forced you to draw with Inspiration while you had no cards in your library, you would lose.

the only way you would not lose is if you were to use Laboratory Maniac when you had to draw with no deck
