Manifesting and attacking

so let's say I have a Glissa, the Traitor that has been manifested and is face down and I attack. My opponent blocks with Bear Cub am I allowed to flip Glissa, the Traitor after blockers have been declared? Are you able to flip a manifested creature at anytime?

Yes, turning a creature face up is a special action that can be done anytime you have priority (could cast an instant) and doesn't use the stack (happens before anyone can respond).
