Leyline of Anticipation

if I had a Leyline of Anticipation out and tried to cast a creature spell on an opponent's turn, but he destroys leyline in response, what happens to the creature?

Your opponent can't respond to you beginning the casting process. Once you begin to cast your creature spell, players lose priority until the casting process is complete. At that point, the active player regains priority. If your opponent then chooses to destroy Leyline of Anticipation , it won't matter. A card only needs to have flash to be cast at instant speed. Losing flash after casting won't cause a spell to be removed from the stack.

Leyline of Anticipation is probably one of the most brutal cards for blue to have access to, or anything with blue in it.

Your creature spell will already be on the stack, so nothing happens save for the loss of your Leyline. You will still get your creature out without issue.
