Lands and Converted Mana Costs

I cast Genesis Wave with 9 for X and I revealed 4 Forests. Would I put them into my graveyard or on the battlefield?

Rhadamanthus is correct. Anything with no printed CMC is 0. Genesis Wave looks for a permanent that has a CMC of X or less, and if it matches the requirements, goes to the battlefield. Genesis Wave is an absolute beast card in a mana ramp deck.

A card without a mana cost has a Converted Mana Cost (CMC) of 0. 0 is less than or equal to 9, so you get to put all those Forests onto the battlefield. This is one of the things that makes Genesis Wave so powerful.
