To answer your follow up question, yes. The DTA that instructs you will only trigger once, at the beginning of the next end step. So once it has triggered the first time (and you haven't sacrificed the token due to not controlling it) you can take it back and keep it.
Also, because the card you suggested (Brand ) says gain control of all permanents you own, here is the ruling that confirms that you own the token.
216.1. Some effects put tokens into play. A token is controlled by whoever put it into play and owned by the controller of the spell or ability that created it. (If no player controlled the effect that created it, the token is owned by whoever put it into play.) The spell or ability may define any number of characteristics for the token. This becomes the token's "text." The characteristics defined this way are functionally equivalent to the characteristics that are printed on a card; for example, they define the token's copiable values. A token doesn't have any characteristics not defined by the spell or ability that created it.

You will control the delayed triggered ability because you controlled the ability that established it. When Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker 's ability resolves, it creates a token and a DTA that triggers at the beginning of the next end step. Because you control the DTA, you are instructed to sacrifice the token. You can't sacrifice something you don't control, so you the token won't be sacrificed.
