Is "Sliver Overlord" a Legendary Creature?

Asked by Dreno33 12 years ago

I want to create an EDH sliver deck and was hoping I could use Sliver Overlord as my general. The card is older so didn't know if the word Legend counted. Anyone know?

Also, if any of you know of an edh sliver deck that I can peek at I would realy appreciate it! I could use some ideas!

The gatherer entry says that it is now counted as a Legendary creature, therefore subject to the legendary rule and allowed to be a General.

Sliver Overlord is indeed a legendary creature. Search for the Wizards' Magic database "Gatherer" to find the newest "correct" errata of any card.
