Is Ring of Three Wishes banned in commander/ EDH?

I am building a blue white edh deck, and I have Ring of Three Wishes in it, but this site says it is banned (or at least not legal in commander/EDH). Could someone clarify this for me? Like explain why it is banned, if it is banned.Thanks

It is not banned, just a database error. The banlist is always found here.

Every new set that comes out does this on TO, never trust the TO banned notifications.
