Is Lost Auramancers sacrificed when æther snap is played?

I have no idea what you're asking. Lost Auramancers is sacrificed when you remove the last time counter.

Lost Auramancers has vanishing. When the last time counter is removed from a permanent with vanishing, that permanent is sacrificed. Because AEther Snap removes all counters from all permanents, it will remove the time counters from Lost Auramancers and cause you to sacrifice Lost Auramancers . Because Lost Auramancers will die with no time counters on it, its on-death triggered ability will trigger.
