Is lingering souls considered a white AND black spell, or just white?

It is a white spell, as it has white mana symbols in its mana cost, and no colour indicator or ability that adds/changes its colours.

In EDH, its Colour -identity- is W/B due to its flashback cost having black mana symbols.

The color of a card is determined by it's cost in the upper right-hand corner. At all times, even when its on the stack when you cast it for it's flashback cost, it's considered a white card.
