Is Insult // Injury double all dmg in a turn?

Actually I am thinking of a deck of Insult // Injury+ FLingbut I don't know that is it Insult / Injury only double the combat dmg or even socery dmg.

It doubles all damage.

Cards will do exactly as they say they will and nothing more, nothing less. The Insult half says, "If a source you control would deal damage this turn, it deals double that damage instead." It doesn't specify any specific kind of source, and specifically says "this turn", so any damage you deal that turn to anything is doubled.

"you control" means exactly what it says. If you control the source of the damage (a creature dealing combat damage, a burn spell, an ability that deals damage) then it will deal double damage.
