Is Crucible of Fire a dragon spell?

Played a friend the other day with a dragon deck that swore Crucible of Fire is a dragon spell (he had a permanent that received charge counters when dragon spells were cast). I argued that it wasn't since it only says "Enchantment" on the card type. Am I correct?

Crucible of Fire is not a dragon spell, if it was it would say something like this at the subtext "Tribal Enchantment- Dragon"

Thanks Tyrannosary, that's what I told him. I told him just because it says dragon in the text doesn't make our a dragon card. In a little out of practice, haven't played with cards for over ten years and the video games don't pose any rule questions, it either happens or it doesn't.
