is Basilica Screechers ability counted as white and black?

Basilica Screecher has the extort ability and I simply wonders if I had a mono black commander deck, could i use this one or not,? i all my cards must be of the same color as my commanders identity, but not sure how to count the Extort cost.
so if it said " Extort" that would make it count as white too?

To the follow-up question: if Extort was designed in a different way that actually put the mana symbol into the rules text of the card, then yes it would count for color identity. But as Neotrup said, reminder text doesn't count.

Color Identity in commander looks at the mana cost of the card, the color indicators on both faces of the card, and the mana symbols in the text box(es), but excluding reminder text. Basilica Screecher has not mana symbols in it's text box (outside of the reminder text) and therefore has a color identity of Black.
