Is a flashback card still in the Graveyard when i cast it?

If i have 2 Rite of Flame in the graveyard and i give them flashback and cast only one how much red mana will i get?

When you cast a spell, you take it from its current location and put it on the stack. So the Rite of Flame you cast wont count itself, but will count the other Rite of Flame.

Your first one provides 3 red mana, the second one provides 2 red mana.
