Inquisitor's flail and double strike

card:Inquisitor's Flail on a creature with double strike, does that mean the creature does 4x damage?

So a Silverblade Paladin would do 4 first strike damage and 4 more regular combat damage? A 3/3 soul bonded to the paladin would do 6 & 6, and so on?

I'm in love with this idea of using it with Spark Trooper that is equiped with card:Inquisitor's Flail and given Double Strike for a OTK if my opponent decides not to block it
