if Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth leaves the battlefield do all lands return to normal or are they still swamps as well?

Static abilities of permanent cards function only while those cards are permanents (I.e., while those cards are on the battlefield) unless otherwise specified. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth's ability doesn't specify any other zones and it doesn't specify a duration for the effect, so the effect, so the effect only applies while Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is on the battlefield.

An effect created by a resolving spell, triggered ability, or activated ability will last until the end of whatever duration it gives itself (or indefinitely, if there's no given duration). An effect generated by a static ability of a permanent will only last for as long as that permanent is on the battlefield (unless it specifically says it works in some other zone). If Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth leaves the battlefield its effect will end.

Urborgs ability works while it's on the battlefield. You can tell the difference by the word 'is' (or 'are' in other circumstances) - no subtype is added or gained, Urborg just defines a characteristic as long as it's in play.
