If I use Goblin Tunneler to make a creature unblockable then that creatures power becomes higher than 2 is it still unblockable?

Ok, if you have a Goblin Tunnler, tapped it to make a Goblin Gaveleer unblockable for the turn, then used Quest for the Holy Relic to search for an Argentum Armor and equiped it to Goblin Gaveleer to put its p/w to 9/7, is Gobin Gaveleer still unblockable due to its power being over 2?

Yes. Goblin Tunneler's effect lasts until end of turn, regardless of how the creature's power changes throughout the turn.

To be more technical, the ability only checks whether the target has 2 power when it's activated and upon resolution. If the targeted creature has a power greater than 2 at either of those times, the ability is countered. After that, it doesn't matter since the ability has already resolved.
